Present a Gift wants to ensure that all of our customers can shop with complete confidence via our website. We take every possible measure to give absolute security to our customers in their dealings and transactions with us.

receipt

At the end of the payment process you will be presented with a confirmation screen containing your receipt number. This page can be printed for your reference. You will also be sent an email confirming this recept number as soon as your order has been finalised.

privacy

We pledge that information given to us by you will only be used to enhance your shopping experience with Present a Gift Pty Ltd and under no circumstances will information about you be given to third parties. In this way, any personal information that you submit will be used simply to process your orders and is protected by our secure server. You can also choose to receive information via our newsletter notifying you of special promotions.

We are not involved in selling, trading or alternative unauthorised use of personal information.

refunds and returns

We want you, our customer, to be 100% satisfied with our products and service. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the products are returned to us in their original condition.

In the unlikely event that upon delivery your gift is damaged or has been tampered with, so we can arrange a replacement at no charge.

Please note that Alcohol may only be purchased by people over the age of 18.

Cancellation

Present a gift will only accept cancellations if they are within 24 hours of the initial order being taken.
